NX is led by Ørjan Bohr Digre, managing director and co-founder, responsible for the company's overall management, strategy and development.

The company was founded by Tor Ole Larsen, who serves as project lead and expedition organizer. He is responsible for concept development, expedition planning and on-the-ground operations, bringing a hands-on, local approach to every journey NX delivers.

As NX continues to grow, our extended team of guides, creatives and collaborators will be introduced here – all dedicated to creating authentic, high-quality Arctic experiences in the wild north.
